• New Physical Collection Toggle

  • Mark a game as “Physical” in the Edit Game window.

  • Option to track both “Digital” and “Physical” versions of the same title.

• Collection Metadata Fields

  • Condition (New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor).

  • Completeness (Box, Manual, Inserts, Cartridge/Disc).

  • Region / Variant (Greatest Hits, Limited Run, Collector’s Edition, etc.).

  • Purchase Details (Date, Store, Price, Current Value).

  • Location (Shelf, Box, Storage bin, Room).

• Media Support

  • Upload photos of your physical box, disc, or cartridge.

  • Link to inventory spreadsheets or receipts.

• Views & Filters

  • Separate “Physical Collection” tab in LaunchBox/Big Box.

  • Filter by Condition, Completeness, Region, or Collection Type.
