Auto-import TeknoParrot games from the UserProfiles folder
Description
Please add support for automatically importing TeknoParrot games from the UserProfiles folder.
When a new game is added in TeknoParrot, a new XML profile is created there. It would be really helpful if LaunchBox could detect those new files and automatically add the game to a TeknoParrot platform.
Example workflow
Open TeknoParrot
Add a new game
A new XML file is created in
TeknoParrot\UserProfilesOpen LaunchBox
LaunchBox scans the folder and adds the new game automatically
Why this would help
This would make TeknoParrot setup much smoother and remove the need to manually import games each time a new one is added.

Teknoparrot Platform - XML 'rom' files automated imports
Launchbox currnently ignores XML files when detecting new games for the Teknoparrot platform/emulator.
The “teknoparrot/userprofile” folder is where new XML files are added (with a well known standardized naming convention) when new games are added to teknoparrot.
Launchbox should be able to set the platform ‘folder’ to this location, and automatically add new titles as they are added to teknoparrot.
Workflow: Open Teknoparrot → add new game → new XML is generated in /userprofiles/→ launch launchbox → launchbox scans folders → ‘sees’ new XML → adds new game to platform
