Request: Add Pioneer LaserActive as a standalone platform

Please consider adding the Pioneer LaserActive to the platform database.

While it uses expansion modules for Genesis (Mega-LD) and PC Engine (LD-ROM²) hardware, it has a distinct library of ~35 interactive LaserDisc games. MAME currently provides functional emulation for the CLD-A100 base unit and both main PAC modules. Having a separate platform entry would help organize these unique LaserDisc-based games cleanly.
