When using Pause screen & Startup screens, hide Emulator from appearing when using the Exit game function on Pause screen

Quitting a game from Pause screen or game (starting a game a bit less jarring but a smoother transition would be great) avoiding a lot of flashing between Pause screen, emulator, game over screen or having other windows popping up for certain emulators etc… I would make for a better console like experience.
