Reorder Rules in Auto-Populate Playlists
š Summary
Add the ability to reorder lines in the Auto-Populate rules editor in LaunchBox. While rule order does not impact functionality, this allows users to better organize and visualize their criteria.
šÆ Feature Overview
When building an Auto-Populated Playlist, users could use up/down arrows or drag-and-drop handles to reorder individual rules. Since all rules are evaluated as an āANDā condition, this change is purely visual and intended to improve readability.
š Example Use Case
A user creates a playlist with 8 rules.
They want to group similar rules (e.g., all metadata filters together) to make it easier to review.
Instead of deleting and recreating rules in a new order, they simply move them up or down.
š¦ Benefits
Improves visual clarity when editing or reviewing complex rule sets.
Supports consistency across multiple playlists.
Saves time by removing the need to manually rebuild rule order.
š” Notes
This request is for quality-of-life purposes only. Rule order does not affect how games are filtered or selectedāit simply provides users with a cleaner and more organized editing experience.

In LaunchBox, add ability to resort lines in the Auto-Populate rules
In LaunchBox, add the ability to move lines in the Auto-Populate rules up and down
Totally aware that this wonāt have an effect on how the games are selected, but for people that like consistency, it provides the abilty to have these all appear the same
