EA Importer Not Working

Issue:

As of 12/05/25 the EA platform importer is currently non-functional due to EA shutting down their old API.

Cause:

EA has discontinued support for the API that LaunchBox previously relied on, breaking the importer.

Status:

We’re actively working on a workaround using an alternative method, which will be included in the next beta and upcoming release. Since EA doesn’t offer a public API, the fix will be a bit of a workaround.

Workaround:

None currently available. Stay tuned for updates in the next beta.
