    Hi there,

With today’s release of LaunchBox for Windows 14.0, this feature has now been implemented. You can update to the latest version from within the app to receive this.

Notes on the release can be found below:

    LaunchBox for Windows - 14.0

We’d love to hear what you think or if there’s anything else you think can be improved. Thanks for bearing with us while we go that implemented

I think this is a duplicate request? I saw another one here somewhere. I’d support this feature request though!

Just so you are aware when any item is selected in the LaunchBox grid and it has focus you can simply start typing the string you want to jump to and a second after you’re done typing it will jump to the first game that starts with that string (if possible). For example you can have an item selected and then press ā€œsā€ and you’ll jump to the first game with S. You can manually type ā€œmarioā€ (into nothing) and then it’ll jump to the first mario game (assuming you type quick enough). It works in this way very similar to Windows File Explorer and it’s jump to letter/string feature

    Thanks for the request.

I’m very much assuming that you mean in LaunchBox within the Image Grid.

Also, if a user switches to any other ā€œArrange Byā€ value that’s not ā€œTitleā€, then the quick links would stop functioning, so this feature would be for:

Alphanumeric index to appear on the left or right of the Image Grid, vertically scrolling. Pressing on a letter will jump the user to the first row where games that start with that letter first appears. Changing to any other ā€œArrange Byā€ value would hide this index.
