Option to Override ROM Region Media Priority

I grew up playing PAL consoles. Game boxes are often different (both shape and graphics) for many platforms, but most people will have USA Roms as it is easier to get and have better frame rates as PAL games were often limited FPS wise.

So like emulation station scrapers allow, I’d like to get PAL media like boxes, discs/carts and manuals when existing even if my ROMs are of the USA region and same for platform media as well.

    LB seems to get the region from the ROM name instead of the region that is set as priority. A toggle allowing to ignore what is in parenthesis when scrapping media would solve this.

    I would love something like this, but possibly expanded on a bit.
    It would be great if you could download all the various region artworks for a game, then pick which region you prefer displayed either one platform basis, per-game etc.
    This would also allow for maybe some sort of global override switch to swap over to a specific region of artwork across the board, similar to I think how the Mega Drive mini does it if anyone has seen it. It’s really neat and for someone who cares about the artwork across the various regions it would be super neat :)
